I'm a level 100 student in one of the universities in Ghana and I'm in a long distance relationship. I started dating this guy just this year. Not to brag, I'm a very beautiful girl who is also from a well to do family. I don't ask this guy for money because I have mine. I sometimes even help him a little when it comes to his upkeep. He is also in level 100 in another university in Ghana. He a normal guy when it comes to appearance. Everyone even questioned why i was dating him but i fought against all odds. Earlier this year, I travelled all the way to meet up with this boy without my parents concern. I even sent him lots of birthday gifts on his birthday. Mind you, I've dated before but I haven't been fingered before so I'm a virgin. But when I met this guy, I almost had sex with him but something came up so it didn't happen. I don't disturb this boy, I don't nag and i don't ask for money. Even if he sends me money, i send it back to him. But if I don't call or text this boy, he wouldn't even try calling or texting. I'm not exaggerating. I even told him about it and his excuse every time is that he's busy. I'm busy too so I actually compare his academic and personal timetable with him so that I don't get in the way of his academics but this boy always finds excuses not to talk to me. Even when he answers the call and we have to talk for just 10 minutes, he'll put me on hold for 8 to 9 minutes and talk to me for the remaining minutes. I try my possible best to make this relationship work but it seems like it's failing and it's eating me up. Should I continue in this relationship and keep on fighting for it or I should just let it go.
