Did I do wrong?

So something happened that I don’t understand, I have this female friend who is in a relationship, we are cool and do stuffs together like brother and sister vibes, so she and her boyfriend had a fight which led to break up, she came to my place and was crying so I consoled her and told her to stop crying, it was getting late and she told me that she will spend the night at my place which I said am cool , in the evening she started crying again and I consoled and cuddled her ,(we were on bed tho ) she kissed me and I kissed her back, one thing led to the other and we were about to have sex, before the sex I ask her if she wanted to do this and she said yes(I asked her 3 times, she got annoyed oo😂😂) so we had the sex, it’s been 2 weeks and she called to tell me that I have taken advantage of her , 

Guys was I wrong for having sex with her
