I am with this guy I met in the university, I lost my phone earlier before meeting this guy and started dating him and I didn’t bother him to get me a new phone because my phone got missing before meeting him. There was a time I went through his phone and found out he was still texting with his ex and also has proposed to a different girl which made me sad and angry and finally decided to break up with him, he apologized and I forgave him. We are on vacation now and we aren’t anywhere close to each other so we only communicate through calls since I don’t have a smart phone, he ask for financial support from me sometimes and I also give it to him. I was able to save and bought a new phone and when I texted him on WhatsApp, it was like he wasn’t really happy but I decided not to mind and now, he’s giving me some cold attitude which I’m not happy with, I sometimes try to let it out but he pretends nothing has happened and I’ve also decided not to tolerate him anymore so I’m also not giving him the same energy like before (and I’m doing this because of what I went through in my past relationship)
I want to know if I’m doing the right thing or not cos I’m really confused
